Our martial arts style is Korean Tae Kwon Do, which means "the way of the hand and foot".
Martial arts is a way to gain self confidence, self esteem, and focus for many of life's challenges. Many other benefits associated with martial arts include discipline of mind and body, self control, integrity, ability to persevere, sharper focus, courtesy, weight loss, and a toned body. It is also a way to relieve stress and be a part of something positive.
